Smart Systems

Where innovation meets precision — we turn advanced automation concepts into reliable, production-ready systems.

ABOUT

Smart Systems

At Syzan Contract Manufacturing, we support the growing field of smart and robotic technologies, producing advanced systems that combine mechanical engineering, electronics, and connectivity.

Our role often begins with a product concept or “recipe” developed by the client — from which we manage the entire production process, including engineering adaptation, prototyping, component sourcing, assembly, and quality testing.

We specialize in manufacturing automated and connected devices that enhance efficiency, comfort, and interaction — including:

  • Automated sleeping systems for compact living environments,
  • Refrigerated smart lockers for food pickup and distribution,
  • Self-service beverage dispensers,
  • IoT-enabled robotic and vending solutions for retail and logistics.

By combining precision fabrication, electrical integration, and assembly expertise, Syzan ensures that every intelligent system we produce performs flawlessly — from the first prototype to full-scale production.

Frequently asked questions

Here are some of the most common questions we get from our partners and clients.

Do you build structures based on a client’s design, or do you help with design development from the beginning?

We can work entirely from the client’s design, or we can provide full design and engineering support from the early concept stage.

Yes, we are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Yes, quality control is carried out at multiple stages of the project, including in-process inspections and final product verification.

Lead times depend on the order size, complexity, and quantity. Typically, prototypes take 2–6 weeks, while series production requires 3–10 weeks.

Yes, we provide assembly services. Please see the Assembly section for more details.

Yes, we ship throughout Europe—and even worldwide.

We work primarily with Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks.

We focus on larger-scale projects, but we can also manage low-volume series production upon request.
