Assembly
Where precision meets performance.
At Syzan Contract Manufacturing, assembly is the final step that brings every project to life — transforming individual components into complete, market-ready products built to perform.
ABOUT
Assembly
Assembly is where it all comes together — the moment we transform individual components into fully finished, quality-checked products, ready for the market.
At Syzan Contract Manufacturing, this is one of our key strengths, ensuring that every item meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability.
Our team of experts brings extensive hands-on experience across multiple disciplines.
With certifications in electrical work, working at heights, and occupational health and safety, our specialists guarantee that every project meets the strictest industry and customer standards.
Proficient in both mechanical and electrical assembly, they help minimize rework, streamline processes, and enable fast, reliable commissioning — whether launching a new line or upgrading an existing one.
With our fully equipped assembly facility and a team of over 80 skilled assembly professionals, clients benefit from significant savings on equipment investment, overheads, and training costs.
Our optimized workflow minimizes material waste and production downtime, helping projects stay on schedule and within budget.
This allows you to focus on your core business, while we handle the complexities of production and assembly — from start to finish.
Warehousing
At Syzan Contract Manufacturing, we operate primarily in a Just-In-Time (JIT) production model — minimizing inventory and ensuring smooth, continuous material flow.
However, when storage is required, our modern 2,500 m² warehouse provides capacity for over 5,000 Euro pallets, offering safe and organized space for both raw materials and finished goods.
Logistics
At Syzan Contract Manufacturing, we understand that great production means little without reliable delivery.
That’s why we offer comprehensive logistics support, ensuring that every finished product reaches its destination safely, on time, and in perfect condition.
While we don’t operate our own international transport fleet, our dedicated logistics team works closely with a network of trusted forwarding partners across Europe and worldwide.
